Customized Bicycle Hub

This week we ready to forward some 74mm bicycle hubs to our client. Not only the logo and also the side caps are all customized.

How we arrange packing and QC ?

Every order we all take great care to make sure our client to get what they ordered. First of all we put out a strong carton. And we put a bubble wrap on the bottom. 

For the layout of the hubs, there is placed a carton cube for each hubs. To protect them from possible damage during shipping.

The logo design is great and really shows the value of the product.

Line up the hubs.

Jointed with sliver hubs.

Spread them out.

 

Then we put out again with another bubble wrap on the top. And one more hard paper board to strengthen carbon box body.

With a warning decal  then we are good to ship the sample goods.
